My top three:
The Trentadue exibited lots of chocolate in the mouth with some red meat (medium well). The bouqet had hints of smoke and black pepper. This wine was just awesome.
I would buy any of these wines except for #3 and #6. The Schuetz had a decent bouqet, but in the mouth, I felt like I was drinking water. No structure whats so ever. The Vinum didn't impress me at all and I am suprised it even got ranked. All I got was alcohol. I could of sworn that this smelled like a wet diaper....don't ask!
I must say again that I was very impressed with these wines. The majority were very dark and inky and the tannins subsided after a little air. Talk about Jammy. I loved this stuff.
Not too many people liked the Santa Cruz because of its' perceived "Old World" barnyard bouqet. I didn't get that though. I ranked this a strong 4th.
