The wine looks to be a White Hermitage. Probably taken at Charleston.
The wine is:
Hermitage Blanc, J.L. Chave (Northern Rhône)
2006.......goes for $435 per bottle, $145 for a 6 oz pour, and $72 for a 3 ouncer.

Seeing as how a 2001 Petrus is going for anywhere from $2100 to $3300 a bottle retail, that isn't exactly out of line for by the glass. Figure 5 glasses to a bottle, that is $2750 for the bottle. Reasonable.
