Recipe includes dill, mushrooms, soy and onions.  Thanks.  My guess would be a Oregon Pinot?

Agreed.  A sturdier cru Beaujolais or a lighter bodied, lighter fruited Nebbiolo or New World Pinot.

In a different direction, many rosé Champagnes would also be great.
