I'm taking a trip to California in a month and will be fortunate to have a dinner at the Post Ranch Inn.

The restaurant has a very extensive wine list. I am looking for some help in choosing a wine that is exceptional and is not too overpriced. I have chosen a few that I have not tried before and would love to hear anybody's thoughts.

Mouton Rothschild 1975 $675
Caymus Special Selection 1991 $450
Chateau Montelena 1991 $300
Dominus 1992 $450
Ridge Montebello 1977 $500

If our Canadian dollar keeps going, these will all be cheaper by the time I get there Razz
