I've brought wine with me on flights but never wine glasses. I've purchased a set of riedels for my parents and want to bring it with me on my flight this weekend. Does anyone know the regulations regarding wine glasses and carry-ons? I'd hate to have it break as checked baggage. Can't find any info on the TSA.gov site either.

I recently took my wine bag with a couple of bottles of wine, a couple of burgandy glasses (the cheap ones from World market), and an opener (the corkscrew type) with no issues from airport security. I have had them take the openers that have the blade to cut the foil though.
You can carry glasses without a problem. As long as you don't exceed the carry on size limitation which is 45 inches (length+width+height). Pack them carefully as even in the overhead compartment things tend to move quite a bit during takeoff and landing. Best way to pack them is to roll clothing around them and put them toward the center of the bag.
