wine buying in PA

I'm a newbie to the wine world. I would like to buy some of the wines mentioned in WS just so that I can understand what WS means by a "90" rated bottle or "filled with berry, currant and leather". (I know that taste/smell is personal and subjective so I'm just trying to get an idea.)

My problem is that I'm having trouble finding many of the wines that WS mentions in PA. Is there a better source to find some of the smart buys or values listed in WS?
