Where Denver?

I'm attending a conference in Denver next week (10/30-11/2) and wondered if anyone had some recommendations for places to have dinner Monday and Wednesday evenings. (Halloween is covered unfortunately.) I'll be staying at the Westin and won't have a car so it has to be places that are easy to get to by cab from there. Since I understand corkage is not permitted in Denver, I guess I need places with good food and a good but reasonably priced wine list. Thanks in advance for any advice.
