It is our own company, but our outfit needs to be considered and spent time. We-wear casual, but not quite too casual, so we know we're going to actually take photographs at the end of the conference. Certainly, there are no guidelines for clothing, but you can dress according to your family tradition. The nice ones can be tunics, sweaters, dresses with sweaters, skirts, leggings etc. Such styles are healthy players when combined and paired, but you can look clever. You should test Nays-has NOMAD SKIRT if you're a hat lover. It' s a blue hand-loom top. The paint is good both in summer and in winter.
It’s a knee-length skirt hence making it convenient for family parties & dinners. It has side pockets for storage. You can pair it up with a black/ white camisole or any satin blouse will look super stylish.
I love dressing up and miss wearing a tie. Have not done it since the pandemic…but should bring it back. I think (in general) most Americans dress terribly poor. Florida is too warm to dress properly…if I could it would be suit and tie every day of the week ( sans weekends).

I cannot resist.....
1) "(in general) most" is redundant.
2) "dress terribly poor"...the word should be "poorly."
3) "Florida is too warm to dress properly" -- Florida is a state. It doesn't dress. The people there, residents or visitors, dress (except for the nudists).
But, here is a question: Napa..... What prevents you from wearing a suit and tie every day of the week? If you choose to do so, you may well be in the minority, but you are free to exercise this sartorial expression.
In this weather i can wear only bikini and stay whole day long on the beach
It depends on the event. If I just have dinner with my friends, I usually wear something casual, I like to feel comfortable. In case I'm invited to a party or birthday, I prefer wearing a dress (I was lucky to find a site that offers a wide choice of beautiful and comfortable dresses at affordable prices), though I rarely choose high-heel shoes. Something like this:

That is EXACTLY how I feel, too! My little black Chanel and clean sneakers is a look that I feel I pull off quite nicely.
I'll never look at Chanel the same way.

Agreed Irwin. He just set this up on a tee. Its just as well you took a couple of swings.
I also like to wear something casual, but at my work we have a dress code, so I always have some suits or dresses in my wardrobe. I prefer Woman Within store because there I can always find everything I want. They have amazing service and their consultants always ready to help you find a perfect outfit. Here you can contact them to ask any question or solve any problem.
