Taylor ham, egg and cheese in a brioche bun x 2. Yummy. It’s been awhile since I’ve had these.
Since I now have some sourdough starter, I made sourdough pancakes this morning. Probably the first time in around 25 years. I had forgotten how dang good they are! Especially paired with my homemade bacon.
Custardy scrambled eggs on buttered rye bread toast. Nothing else needed.

Making a breakfast Fattie this morning. Filling of turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, and onion in a bacon weave, and smoked with pecan wood.

I'm 180 from there. This morning had 4% plain Siggi yogurt mixed with 15 blueberries, 1 tbl almond slivers, 1 tsp chia seeds and a drizzle of locally grown honey.

Eggs, toasts, beens and cappuccino. After breakfast I take couple of different vitamins and supplements which I found thanks to Canadian Pharmacy website and drink at least half a liter of water. The right start if the day is very important and has a direct influence on how this day will actually continue.
Fruit smoothie. Just started my weight loss journey. I tried different diets and they weren't much help. But my friend recommended I try this diet https://betterme.world/articles/21-day-smoothie-diet/ for a few days. It was very helpful for her. Hope I'll also achieve such amazing results.
