I'm a coffee guy.

Oatmeal and a slice of PB toast. Managed to get a run in this morning before the heat gets too bad.

"guava pastry" (lol, this just doesn't translate right) and an empanada de chorizo y queso, with an evaporated milk cortadito

steak n eggs with some homemade hash.

Manaña:

Eggs Chesapeake (Eggs Benedict sans Canadian Bacon and adding Jumbo Lump Backfin Crabmeat)

I surprised myself and made some killer breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, mozzarela cheese and hot sauce

My wife swears by the Arches for this cure. She discovered it during our first trip to Italy in Rome after a particularly long night.

As for this morning, a Protein Plate from Starbucks as it starts the day right when I know I have a training session that evening after work...

...after work? It is a long holiday weekend VB!

I took the day off, so had an off-line last night.

Yep I'm generally too lazy to get up and work out in the morning, plus my trainer wouldn't meet me that early even if I was willing! It also helps me wind down after God knows how many hours around the office. If I don't watch my figure no one else will, and the wife goes quite often with me as well.

I took Tuesday off so I loaded R&R on the back end of the weekend...
