W+A,

Given that Starbucks sells not only a variety of coffee but also breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt parfaits, pastries, donuts, muffins, scones, brownies, etc., that could be a hell of a breakfast!

I'm a coffee guy. Smile

This morning, we had Costa Rica Micro Lot Pepe processed.

Very nice. Smile

What's happened to the DeLonghi Magnifica 3500? Eek

Nothing...it is what we put the coffee beans in. Wink

Ahhh...I understood you to be drinking Starbucks on your weekends @ home as well.

My wife swears by the Arches for this cure. She discovered it during our first trip to Italy in Rome after a particularly long night.

As for this morning, a Protein Plate from Starbucks as it starts the day right when I know I have a training session that evening after work...

...after work? It is a long holiday weekend VB!

I took the day off, so had an off-line last night. Wink
Yep I'm generally too lazy to get up and work out in the morning, plus my trainer wouldn't meet me that early even if I was willing! It also helps me wind down after God knows how many hours around the office. If I don't watch my figure no one else will, and the wife goes quite often with me as well.

I took Tuesday off so I loaded R&R on the back end of the weekend...

Smile I could go for some room service right now... Unfortunately, the gf has not awoken from her hibernation, and if I try and wake her up, I'll probably take a Bill Laimbeer elbow to the jaw. Big Grin

hhahah maybe you need to put bacon in front of her nose.

this hotel has some seriously bad insulation ;-)
