WOW!!! That looks like an adventure for the ol' taste buds! Eek Wink
Just had our first heirloom from the garden tonight... reminiscent of Tuscany in the summer: that's where we picked up these couple of ideas...

Love zucchini flowers stuffed with truffle oil and pecorino and then sauteed in egg batter....

Also, pasta freda... penne aldente loaded in olive oil with chopped fresh tomatoes, fresh trimmed basil, whole garlic cloves and buffala mozzarella... practically live on it when the tomatoes and basil are plentiful.

Cheers-- Luis & Jen

I had one good basket of strawberries. The rest have been a little two sour. Nothing a little sugar won't fix though. Blackberries are almost always reliable. I want some fresh peaches.

YUM

It also also amazing if you lightly grill the watermelon and red onion-post marinade-drizzle with balsamic and top with feta and mint.
I grill all year long but it picks up in the summer. I've been eating a lot of grilled salmon and baby back ribs. When we go to Maine I'll have a lobster every other day. I'm pretty sure lobster are not in the "mercury chain" so I should be safe. As soon as I get tomatoes from the garden we will be eating BLTs with corn-on-the-cob. Must wait for Ohio corn though.
