As you may know, the overall style shift in Napa Cabernet left my palate 10+- years ago. This said, I have tasted a few wines recently offering a more balanced profile, and these two would fall under that category I'm thinking.

Both were showing that wonderful Napa fruit, but also offering more than just fruit, and not too flabby or hot.

I have not tried Myriad wines that I can recall.

bill - I'm not gig, but I've always regarded DJ Anejo as one of the finest and well worth the coin. If you can pick it up on a discount, I'd BUY.

A few years back I spent ALOT of time working in Mexico and this was the Tequila the locals gave the nod of approval if given a choice.

Thanks all for the replies. thelostverse, I'm pretty sure I saw it a few days ago at Binny's for $39.99, marked down $10 from the regular price. The web site doesn't show the sale price. I'll check again and pick up a bottle if that's the case.

Luxury Baccarat cristal caraffe. Did you get the bottle? I'd refill with some el-cheapo v.s. and laugh at the many oh's and ah's given to that special cognac Wink
