In terms of silliness, it falls just short of "What did you have for breakfast?"

Today we tried some hipster taco place. Duck, octopus, paneer, wild mushrooms, lamb tongue and pork belly were some of the main ingredients in these tiny “fancy” taco’s. They were pretty good, but I found myself craving some real taco’s….
At Magnolia's in Charleston, a delicious fried green tomatoes with cheese grits, followed by pan fried flounder, and pecan pie.
More chicken soup with matzah balls and egg noodles, and more stuffed chicken (seder leftovers).

I hope to at least stop at Charleston Grill for their coconut cake, which I hear is one of the best. There are too many great choices out here for 3 days.

Blended a little sesame oil and sriracha sauce, rubeed it into a nice piece of ahi tuna, seared in cast iron, garnished w/ a bit of green onion, and served w a side of soy/sriracha sauce. Tasty!
