Had pizza with a cauliflower crust. Anchovies, tomatoes, goat cheese, etc. Enjoyed with a 2010 Carpineto Vino Nobile de Montalcino Reserva. Great wine.
Leftover Passover brisket on homemade sourdough. Delicious!
Leftover smoked turkey sandwich, yumm.
Leftover pot roast on toast with horseradish.
Leftover ham, creamy potatoes and asparagus.
Leftover broccoli cheddar soup
Leftover carnitas. I’m now good on pork shoulder for a bit.
"Leftover" lasagna. Will be eating for a while.

Made some chicken stock then turned it into cream of mushroom soup.
First ordered meal since March 13. Was from same place we last ate out on March 16

Snuck home for a mid-day meal. 2 over easy eggs, 2 slices of killer multigrain toast, 2 faux breakfast sausages (made by my vegetarian daughter) which were quite good and some leftover pan fried potatoes from the weekend. OJ.

Salmon with dill. The other day I had it the same way with a pile of Bubbie's Spicy Sauerkraut. That stuff is GOOD! If you see it grab it.
