Korean Fried Chicken - who knew it tasted so good?
It is pretty good. Used to be a good place near my office, but it closed. Probably good for my health though!

Glenn,
My in-laws live in Newport Beach, and when we visit, they will sometimes pick up great Korean fried chicken from BBQ (Best Barbecue). Cheesy name, great fried chicken and fried rice. Don't know where it is, but it's darn tasty.
In a sushi coma after a 2 hour lunch with gkapoor and mrs. glennk. Mr. Kapoor generously brought a 1996 Pierre Péters Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut Cuvée Spéciale and a riesling from 1959 that was interesting, if not a bit past its prime.

Great lunch. Now I’m going to try to stay awake in my afternoon meetings.

Good lunch, I'm off to bed!

Not a fan of Oregon Pinot?

A big fan of Oregon Pinot. Just not a fan of Beaux Freres. Just haven't had one that did anything to me.
It's always been a 'meh' experience.

Make sure you give them 10+ years before drinking.
