organic quinoa, fresh water rock shrimp, artichoke hearts, fresh rosemary & ricotta, in garlic and evoo of course.
Went to Amada (tapas restaurant) in Philadelphia and had their tasting menu. Some very nice plates, and some ok plates. It wasn't worth the $40, but I'd like to go back again sometime for their a la carte selection.
Tuna sandwich.
