Great. Now when you don't like it, more people than the locals will know my palate sucks.

I hope you enjoy it. Two Bros has been roasting beans for a few years. Their brewpub/restaurant is right up the road from me. I can often get beans that were roasted just a few days before purchase.

If I don't like it, I'll send it to you! I hope I do like it, because I ordered 2 bags.

Yeah, but I have none left...Sometimes the sink is the best option.
Just made my first batch of Two Brothers Indo Indo. Very nice cup. Thanks for the tip, billhike.

Glad you liked it! I'm in Grand Rapids right now visiting friends. Last year I fell in love with a coffee shop/roaster called Madcap. I'm bringing home some of their beans.
Post notes...

Madcap Coffee's "Inza", the beans are from Columbia. Medium, bright and floral with a faint citrus note. I've had others from Madcap I like better, but this is still nice. Would prefer something just a touch bolder. A local grocery place just started carrying their beans. Not that I hate visiting Grand Rapids regularly.

Peet's Guatemalan blend. I chatted with the very knowledgeable guys at the local shop, and they said it was very good right now. It's nice having guys/gals who know coffee, but listen to my likes/dislikes. It's a very good coffee, quite aromatic, which I really like.
Cheap office K-Cup watching a man testify to the Senate.
Warm K-Cup brown water never tasted so sweet.

Iced Sumatra enjoying Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing.

Madcap Inza blended with Two Brothers Indo Indo - both beans together in the burr grinder. Tha Madcap has fantastic aromatics but is a touch lighter in body than I like. I've done this the last few pots and it's been tasty.

That was SO great. Never thought we would hear Will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest?
I would bet my cellar Trump had to google what the hell they were talking about.

That's really funny, billhike. This morning I put a half-and-half mix of Two Brothers Indo Indo and Counter Culture Forty-Six in the grinder! The Indo Indo is just a little lighter roast than I prefer so the Forty-Six added a little boldness to the cup. Great minds!

Peets cold brewed Major Dickason's Blend in a cinnamon vanilla iced latte.
Six One Six from Madcap Coffee in Grand Rapids. Bolder than some other beans I've recently bought, but lacking complexity. I'll probably blend it in the burr grinder along with their Inza, which has great aromatics.
