Like yours Board-O I just had Fromagerie Berthaut Epoisses Marc de Bourgogne. Certainly an outstanding cheese and truly awesome with French pinot noir.

Karoun Village Cheese- reminds me of Mexican queso fresco but saltier.
I also bought some labne (kefir cheese) which I enjoy.
Had a bit of the Pecorino we brought back from Italy.

Epoisses from Fromagerie Gaugry- a distinct notch below Berthaut
Kerrygold Dubliner $5.98 a lb at Costco, from grass fed cows and absolutely delicious.
Catamount Hills (by Cabot, for Whole Foods).
From Costco, Sartori Bellavitiano Merlot. A creamy, merlot-washed, semi-hard cheese. Rind is a deep purple. I guess I must like it; this is the 3rd one I've bought.
