i tried the dogfish 120 after being very highly recommended took it home and wow. but for me wow in a bad way. i couldnt drink it. way to strong for me. 20 percent alcohol and the flavor just way way too much. im impressed that you liked it!! the funny thing is i really do like the dogfish 60 min and 90 min ipa's. i used to drink them until i read there was 320 calories in a 90 min. ehh ill stick to wine for that amount of calories.

Agreed. The DH 120 Minute is more of a novelty item, IMO. It's fun to try, but that's about it. I imagine it could double as cough medicine

320 calories in the 90 -- so essentially, the 120 minute was dessert!!

It was a tad on the harsh side. Nothing I likely will ever have a hankering for especially now that I know the approx calorie count.

Yeah...I stick to their Chards.
+ 1 on the Sculpin though. Funny how a $7 beer can top a $100+ pinot.

Does hard cider count?
I had a Woodchuck pear cider. Interesting, but reminded me a lot of the wine coolers I used to drink when I was underage.

Drank my last Shiner from the mixed six-pack. The regular, old Bock.

Very nice! Where did you find the Westvleteren?
The Pere Jacques is nice, but shadow of the Matilda, IMO. What do you think between the two?

Yes, I did.
I didn't even know that Yuengling made an Octoberfest beer. But when I asked the waitress at Sloppy Joe's in Key West what they had on draft, she suggested it, and it was good. So that's what I wound up drinking both days while hanging out in Key West.

Interestingly, the atom smasher had been my favorite in their lineup the last couple of years. I've had it on tap twice from this year's batch and didn't care much for it.
