I've become a huge fan of anything from New Belgium and Odell brewing both out of CO. Also Great Divide

It is. It's a doppelbock, which is similar to Irish stout with lots of toasted malt and coffee flavors, but sometimes can have a little sweetness on the finish. The Korbinian doesn't have much, but the Ayinger Celebrator (also a doppelbock) does, and is incredibly rich and complex. I would try that one too.
Goose Island Sofie
Red Stripe w/ Papa John's...mmmmm...
Elysian Space Dust IPA, VERY tasty.

Chimay Blue label.

Question for our Ontario forum members:
Any Ontario craft beers you've tasted recently and would recommend?
I've recently been drinking Amsterdam Big Wheel and King Brewery Vienna Lager and enjoying both of them... but am always on the lookout to try something different.
Muskoka Summer Weiss
Amsterdam Boneshaker IPA
I've enjoyed both of these Ontario beers.

The Web, I had fun last summer drinking Muskoka Brewery's Mad Tom IPA. I thought it was over-the-top hoppy but now I see they have something called Twice As Mad Tom IPA which I'm guessing has twice the hops. For true hopheads, I guess.

I'll have to grab some. I LOVED the prior release in this manic IPA thing: the Savant IPA, so this is encouraging news!

I found this in a hidden, little hole-in-the-wall place in Woodinville, called "The Collective". Many taps; definitely worth seeking out.
Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA.
Red Cockaded by Souther Star brewery out of Texas. It's a red IPA. Interesting.
Cuvee Des Jacobins Rouge Flemish Sour Ale
Good ol' Shiner Bock tonight

Flying monkeys offerings are always interesting.

Still love creemore even post-molsons.

Good choice. I can't get enough of the 60 and the 90. So good.
- Ballast Point Sculpin
The balance of this beer is ridiculous. I'm confident that this, DH 90 Minute, & Pliny represent the best of the bunch in terms of IPA's.

You need to find Coop F5. My favorite IPA, and I'm a huge DH 90 minute fan.

Thanks to bfw, VinT, Rob and vinoevelo for all the good suggestions.
@Rob - Beau's is right in my own backyard and I'll definitely search out their latest releases. Their Nightmarzen Oktoberfest Lager from last fall is head shoulders my favorite beer of 2012.
Recent ones:
Cigar City Jai Alai IPA (draught) - solid
Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale - didn't care for the finish
Dogfish Head Midas Touch - liked
North Coast PranQster Ale - a slightly dialed back Belgian style ale
Rogue Dead Guy (draught) - dark & malty, really nice
St Bernardus Abt 12 - Awesome! Probably my favorite Belgian to date.
Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Ale - good balance for a hopbomb
Weihenstephaner Pilsner - good, but no better than Pilsner Urquell

Waltzing with (Goose Island) Matilda again tonight.
A question for the beer gurus: I notice Matilda and Sofie have "2013" on the caps. If I cellar these, will they get better? If so, when will they peak?

I can't drink Pere Jacques all the time. I had to stay focused for the game.

Mother's Brewing Spring Batch Farmhouse Style Ale. After almost 6 days of nothing to drink but water with a little coffee I want a cold beer!
Went to a comedy club last night where the waitresses are all hot, hot, hot! But it comes at a price.
The beer menu states brewers, but not which beer is being served. So we ask our very statuesque, blonde waitress which Shocktop they have.
"Uh, I forget."
"Okaaaay, then give us another pitcher of the Ninkasi IPA." (Which we had been previously drinking.) She returns a few minutes later with, of course, a pitcher of Shocktop.
If you like IPA's, try Tricerahops and Total Domination IPA, both made by Ninkasi.
