This is one of my all-time faves - always a tradition to drink it during the Texas-OU game. Honestly with all the craziness going on I forgot we were getting close to that time of year but will be heading to the store later today!!

Both quite nice.

PH

Both of those are excellent beers... The Little Sumpin' Wild is a big sister of the Sumpin' Sumpin' and is similarly outstanding. Light color, tons of malted wheat and Belgiun yeast... Excellent.

while working on batch no.2, we're drinking batch no.1 of our family homebrew

IPA-style beer with some bavarian white malt, a nice mix of grains, and some serious hops. not bad for our first go-'round.

no.2 smells great so far. (hee, hee)

Awesome! My brother-in-law brews his own... His cranberry rice ale stays stocked in my fridge year-round... Incredible beer!

All kinds of Oktoberfest beers for sale around here. Just can't drink these till the weather cools off, but looking forward to it!

What, is it hitting 85 in Chicago? Razz

Without comparing Chicago to Hades, or Texas, I'm not a fan of Oktoberfest beers when it's 70° or more outside. Wink Must be the sweetness in those beers, but they are very tasty in the fall.

Going to Jackson Hole this weekend. Thanks for the rec on the Bitch Creek ESB. I agree on the Palo. Awesome, awesome beer.
