What BEER are you drinking?

Last night during 'Crafted' at Brooks Museum of Art

Russian River Brewing Temptation
2014 Goose Island Bourbon County Coffee Stout
Goose Island Vanilla Rye Stout
New Holland The Poet Oatmeal Stout
Sweetwater Hop Hash Double IPA
Ale Smith Speedway Stout
Pliny The Elder
Three Floyds Zombie Dust
Destihl Hoperation Overload
Well done max! Never had the Vanilla Rye, hopefully will some day.

Over the weekend for myself:
Alchemist Heady Topper - finished off the last of my stash, and won't be seeking it out strongly anymore. Not bad, just not worth the hype IMO.
Dark Horse Plead the 5th Stout - this one is a bit foggy
Stone Delicious IPA - nice, basic IPA
Founders Pale Ale (nitro) - I don't think I'm a nitro guy
Hoppin' Frog Gangster Frog IPA - pretty good
Three Floyds Cimmerian Sabertooth Berzerker - didn't care for this one

indy - you ever drink 18th Street Brewing out of Gary? I don't know if they distribute at all within IN (I know they don't here in Chicago). I visited their brewery a few weeks back and have tried a couple of their beers, which were pretty good.
Wine Sparty, I have tried a number of their brews at local festivals, and agree. 18th Street is outstanding, one of the better breweries in Indiana. Others (besides Taxman/3F) to seek out are Carson's (Evansville), Scarlet Lane (McCordsville), and Bier (Indianapolis). Others I def. wouldn't pass up are Black Acre (Saucy Intruder especially), Daredevil, Oaken Barrel, Flat 12, and Upland's sours. Sun King gets most of the local press, but unless you get hold of their sublime barrel aged beers and sours, they're nothing special IMHO.

Any of my Chicagoland friends know if Goose Island has stopped making Pere Jacques? I haven't seen it on shelves in Indiana in several months.

I heard it was retired last year. Too bad, as I really enjoyed it.

Same here. Haven't seen it on shelves this year. Glad I have bottles going back to 2011 in the cellar.
