One of our friends found out he had to go to his office this morning, so we reduced the wines by 1 bottle, which was the Pegaü. Final lineup is below. I’ll put a few comments in the “What are you drinking?” thread.
Mangiare, thanks for your comment re Pegaü. It’ll be consumed in next couple of months.
We rarely have red meat these days, but tonight we’re going to what’s now considered best steakhouse in town— Elisa Steak. They’re also known to have great appetizers. So will be a special night. I’m taking 3 from 2006:
- Bouchard Père Chevalier-Montrachet Domaine
- Jamet Côte-Rôtie
- Chapoutier Ermitage Le Pavillon
Our friends will bring more goodies. I’m pretty excited!

Jealous of all the Jamet being poured...and the rest of the wines are great as well, nice drinking !
