Smoked turkey breast is great any time!
Thirstyman, a WS forumite, helped built it for his brother-in-law. The brisket was one of the best foods I've eaten.
I have two tri-tip roasts on the pellet smoker now.

I have not yet smoked a tri-tip, need to do it in the near future.

I like smoked even better than deep fried. All my in-laws seem to agree. My m-i-l told me she's not even going to make one this year, and put it all on me. Those boneless, rolled turkey roasts from Costco are quick and easy. I brine in orange juice, and smoke with orange wood.

Can't say I've ever seen this. I usually spatchcock a breast every year, but a boneless rolled roast sounds even better. I'll have to look for this.
My wife usually does a small turkey in the oven because she likes the way it smells in the house, but the smoked breast always is the preferred choice by family.
Smoked some Beef Ribs yesterday for about 4 hours over some oak - what a great dinner that was.
Planning for a future smoke, shortly after New Years. Tonight I am starting what will be a 60-day, dry-aged prime brisket. Something I saw a couple guys do on YouTube.
2 3.5 lb or so boneless pork shoulders. Turned out very well but one stalled forever and needed to bust out the foil to get it through. Something I’ve never had to do with pork before.
We smoked a lamb shoulder roast on Sunday. Excellent
