Steve, I saw Los Lobos in 1986 in college in front of about 120 people. Totally awesome. We just danced our ass off all night. Totally great show.
I saw them three times in the mid-late 80's in small venues and they were always a great show.
I saw them open for a Dave Matthews concert when I started college and they were awesome.
They are an American treasure. Still one of my favorite bands to see live, they continue to evolve. I was first turned on to them in 1998 and was literally pissed that I hadn't been into them prior to that. I think I went to about 10 shows that summer up and down the east coast.

I've been listening to Document in my car. The One I Love might be the best song they wrote, although, there are countless other great tracks.

That is a great song, but from their catalog I would give the nod to E-Bow the Letter . Followed closely by Nightswimming .
4 Non Blondes- Whats Going On
Ramones- Mania cd.
Lots of Dave Matthews Band lately.
Jesse Cook- Gravity
XTC - Fossil Fuels
Fleetwood Mac- Rumors
Eric Clapton - Blues Power from a bootleg from the 82 tour.
Sketches of Spain, Miles Davis.
The Clash - London Calling (25th Anniversary Legacy Edition)
Another good job of remastering a classic. From the opening chords of impending doom on the title track to the brilliant pop closer Train in Vain, this is a desert island album for me.
