I saw her play with the Cleveland Orchestra when we were teenagers. She stayed over at my friend’s house when she visited! (Long story.) She was already amazing.

Arlo Guthrie -- Alice's Restaurant. The original 1967 version, followed by the live 1996 version. Checking in to see whether they were as good as I remembered. They were, with a preference for the 1996 (an inspired performance, with better sound quality).
