lol I listened to that song. It took me several minutes to figure out if it was actually real or just some sort of spoof. As a spoof it at least had some very minor entertainment value, oh well.

Her French boyfriend/dj. I guess she's an ex-model slash hip-hop junkie, he played at one of the parties, ya-da-ya-da, they make an album together. Btw she's on the same label that gave us Daft Punk and Cassius.

Enjoying going through the entire catalog, comparing mono versions to stereo, Apple CD’s to Ebbets remasters and to HDCD CD versions and then ripping them to .mp3 and .ape formats. Of course, this will all be undone when they release the new remasters that are underway as we speak.

Wrong. He needs to replace the second "," with a period.

I like this thread. I find it interesting to see what music other people like. Especially if it is something unusual or something I liked in the past. Sometimes just the mention of a group or song can make me vividly visualize and remember highscool, jr. high or even middle school among other times in my life. Sometimes very specific moments.

I also like this thread. I am not a regular poster but I feel like I know the people here a little better by reading this thread. I have happily surprised by the diversity in musical tastes.

What I would have listened to tonight if I picked the music: anything by Miles Davis; a collection of "greatest hits" by Howlin Wolf or Bo Diddley, either of Elvis Costello's first two albums, The Clash London Calling, and perhaps some Nickelback.
What I ended up listening to, courtesty of my 3 year old: Barney goes to the beach; the Sesame Street Alphabet song, The Wiggles doing "Cold Spaghetti, and of course, the Farmer in the Dell sung 100 times.
