As an album, unquestionably. The songs taken individually, I love Moondance, but it doesn't work as an album in quite the same way. In terms of genre, Astral Weeks is almost in its own genre to me. Not jazz, but not rock, either. In my mind I think of it similarly to Blue, though that is not correct.
