Great record. Making Plans for Nigel, along with Once in a Lifetime by the Talking Heads, is a song that really caught my attention when I started university. Such a different sound from what I grew up listening to as a spotty faced, long hair kid.

Complicated Game Cool I think I'll give it a spin tonight after work.

Big Grin You were not even born when Nixon was in the oval office. Razz

Nope. Missed Ford and Carter, too. Smile (Well, technically, I think I was alive for a few months of Carter, don't remember much of it, though Razz...)

Pretty pissed off at Atila the Hunn, too. He just isn't referenced in "Ohio" quite as often. Wink

The times were interesting to say the least in 1968 - 1972.
Was recently turned on to Rodrigo y Gabriela. Amazing guitarists. Flat out amazing. Love their work.

Also been cycling a lot through the following:

Beethoven's Symphony #9
- Chicago Symphony & Sir Georg Solti (1987)

Bach: Brandenburg Concertos (Orchestral Suites & Violin Concertos)
- Academy of St Martin In the Fields & Sir Neville Marriner (2002)

In Search of Sunrise, Vol 1
- Tiesto (1999)
*A trance classic, still holds up to my ears

Another Late Night
- Fila Brazilia (2001)
*Absolutely fantastic late night mix album. Great beats and some fantastic mixing.

Into the Trees
- Zoe Keating (2010)
*If you love the cello - I highly recommend checking her out on youtube or iTunes. Fantastic stuff

Songbook (Live)
- Chris Cornell (2011)
*AMAZING album if a fan of Chris Cornell

Visions of Ibiza
- Chicane (2001)
