That was the plan but we didn't feel like Mimosa's on Xmas day. Opened one last night to try so we will have the Mimosa's with brunch today using the leftover. Not very good. Even after everything else we had last night I was able to tell it was waaay too sweet. How can they call that Brut? And what's with WA and Decanter giving that swill a 91 rating?

Bought more 2019 Florent Cosme, Vouvray, La Motte Sec. At less than CDN$29 this is an outstanding QPR. It would hold its own against the Huet Sec's at half the price. Drier than the Huet versions tend to be.
