We have 2 bottles, both 1998. One is Dom Perignon and the other is Henriot Brut Millesime. Both are standard 750 ml size and have been properly stored. What do people think...drink or hold?

You got the answer- drink or hold. I think either is OK. The Dom may still get a little better, but neither is in any danger of declining soon.
