I haven't done the on-line course. $685 seems a little spendy.

I did fly up to UC Davis to attend the Sensory Evaluation of Wine extension course several years ago. It was well run and very informative. Well worth it, if you get the chance. Based on my experience there, I am pretty confident that the information contained in the on-line course would be top notch.

Thanks. I may want to do the whole series, in which case I need to take a remedial Chemistry class
