Please put me down as a tentative in. Free for all is good, and I've been wanting to do another Offline at Veritas for a while now. It's touch and go whether my knee will be recouped by then.

As for the stems, Veritas was great about us bringing stems for Vinojoe's Pinot offline in the fall and put them throught the wash for us. Personally I appreciate good stems but am fine with their regular stems for one night.

If I can't make this one, I'd like to aim for another later in the month.
Here is the roll call so far

This approach has worked in the past. Maybe it will be a 'hybrid' event - some paired up in flights, some not.

I spoke with Bruno the manager and he is going to see if they can accomodate us.. standby!

What, they are going to open the restaurant just for our group? That sounds like a lot of effort. Paese was good last friday night, why not just try that place again?
I just spoke to Bruno at Veritas and they are willing to open for us Monday night, they want to do a $100 tasting menu, they said if we agree we can send them the wine list and they will build a 5-6 course testing menu for us.

It works for me, what about everyone else?

As for the Dofana Rob, its a nice wine but not great!

What are the lower/upper limits on # of attendees? When do they need our wine selections? I think I can go as long as AAV can go (so we can share a cab back up north).

Great way to go! I had a dinner there before Christmas where they did $100 - 5 course tasting menu and it was excellent. Still hoping to make this one and will confirm when I can.
