Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone can help me out with some notes on this wine. I know it made it to the three glass/finals tasting for the Gambero Rosso 2002 guide (which it failed to get that third glass), yet WS only rated it an 86. This is apparently one of their best Barolos, being made from a single vineyard. I loved their "top base bottling" (as andreadago put it), the Serralunga d'Alba. I gave it a 90, so it would lead me to believe that this would be even better. At $60CAD for the Vigna la Rosa, I'm questioning whether it's that much better (in comparison to the $40CAD for the Serralunga d'Alba that I still have a few bottles of).

Any information that anyone can provide would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
