Specifically looking for TN/drinking window on the 1998, but thoughts on the "typical" drinking window for this wine (short-term, long-term ager) would be appreciated.

TIA

Being a Nerello Mascalese - Nero d’Avola - Cabernet blend, 18 months in new casks... I would think quite sturdy.

Benanti says, "It is a long ageing red wine, with characteristics of great longevity as well as immediacy."

I'd drink Now-2012 as a GUESS.
