Opened by LostVerse and I was excited to try this. 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Cote des Blancs in conjunction with Pertois-Moriset. Disgorged October 2020 with 3.5 g/l dosage. Light yellowish gold color. This was creamy with yeasty notes. The fruit was centered around peaches and citrus. Fuller body for a Champagne. 91 points.
