Ordered a bottle at Pops for Champagne. 100% Pinot Meunier. 2.5g/l dosage. Disgorged August, 2021. Darker pinkish red color. This estate is known for making drier style Champagnes and this was no exception. The estate is part of a progressive group called the “Terres et Vins” that includes Agrapart, Marie-Courtin, Vincent Laval, Benoit Lahaye. Strawberry and raspberry notes and a good minerality on the finish. Fuller bodied. The bead was persistent. 90 points.
