TN: NV Gran Moraine Brut Rosé

Opened by Billhike at an offline yesterday with a few of the Chicago crew. We drank this before our lineup of 2012 Oregon Pinot Noir. A blend of 57% Chardonnay and 43% Pinot Noir. 40% of the wine is aged in neutral French oak. This was a dry sparkling wine. Pale pink color. Well rounded with raspberry, peach and rose notes. Very lively and fresh with a touch of saltiness on the finish. 92 points.
