TN: 2015 Sine Qua Non Entre Chien et Loup

Served blind. Opened by Allred. 42% Chardonnay, 40% Roussanne, 7$ Viognier, 7% Petite Manseng and 4% Marsanne in the white wine. A little skunkiness and light petrol on the nose but it blew off in the glass. Medium yellow color. Notes of sesame seeds, orange peel and lemon curd. A big and hefty white with good aging potential. Long finish. I have one in the cellar and there does not appear to be a rush to open it. 93 points.
