TN: 2015 Domaine Dublère Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Planchots du Nord

Opened a bottle of this wine and paired it with dinner of raclette. Pulled the cork on this 2 hours before drinking but not decanted. This estate was started in 2003 by an American and owns 3 hectares of vines in addition to using purchased grapes. From the hot 2015 vintage in Burgundy. The wine is given a 1 week cold soak and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Bright red color. Pretty floral nose. Spice upfront with notes of cranberry and sweet cherries. A feminine and silky profile. A great value at the $22 I bought it. 92 points.
