TN: 2014 Sine Qua Non Syrah Capo dei Putti Eleven Confessions Vineyard

My first bottle. 90% Syrah and the balance Viognier, Petite Sirah, and Grenache. Not decanted. No sediment. Took this the Paniolo Santa Maria BBQ on Kauai and paired it with grilled tri tip. This was likely the best red SQN that I have had. Smooth and extremely well balanced at 9 years old. The tannins were already rather approachable. Notes of cassis, black cherries and garrigue. Long finish. 98 points.
