This bottle was a gift. First time I have had a wine from this producer. Opened it before dinner without any food pairing. From the very good 2012 vintage. Fermented in oak. This sandy premier cru site faces Southeast. Served a little too cold but it opened up quite a bit as it warmed a little. Distinct petrol aroma. This was dry as the bottle indicated. Very well made with notes of crisp apples and quince. Solid minerality and acidity. Clean finish. 93 points.
