- 2008 Curtis Heritage Blanc - USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Barbara County (10/7/2009)
Lime on the perfume-like nose. Lime and honeydew melon on the palate with a hint of mineral and herbal quality. The acidity on this is fantastic. At a warmer temperature the wine opens up a bit more and there is some honey, peach and flowers.
52% Viognier and 48% Roussanne, at a cooler temperature I would think it was a Sauvignon Blanc.

Great wine coming at of California at great prices. I was ignoring domestic wine and only looking at European wines for a while now, but I want these nice CA wines back in the rotation.
