- 2007 Ninquén Mountain Vineyard - Chile, Central Valley, Rapel Valley, Colchagua Valley (10/8/2010)
Dark with purple highlights. Black berries, spices, menthol, black pepper, little bit of cocoa and oak on the nose. For the palate, it’s dense, complex. Again black fruits, spices, mint, dark chocolate on a long finish where oak is well balanced. Young wine. Would benefit from a 2-3 hours in the decanter. Very good.
