2005 Tamber Bey Cabernet Sauvignon - USA, California, Napa Valley, Oakville (8/25/2009)
Popped and poured.

Ready to roll right out of the gate. Nose of kisrch and cocoa. Bold flavors of black cherry, currant, chocolate and clove. Very soft tannins combine wine some nice minerality and moderate acidity on the long, complex finish. In a good place and extremely enjoyable.

Do you recall the price of this...I did not think much of it...thought it was pretty simple and soft. Which is not always a bad thing.

Think I expected more because of the Winemaker.
