Mmmm, mmmmm. Man, this is good. Better as it warms up from cellar temp. Gorgeous nose. There is a scent there which I wish I could identify that is enchanting. I want to call it lemon, but no, then orange, but no. Really nice. A certain nuttiness is present also. On the palate, more of the same, but chalky minerality comes out. Looking at past notes, this must have subsided because it's there but I wouldn't call it intense. A nice tanginess emerges with the chalk on the very long finish. In a really great place right now.

Man, I wish I knew when to really hold something and when to drink it young. This is the best bottle of this yet. I have one more. I'm pretty happy (knock on wood) that none of these have been premoxed.
