I'd really like to learn more about Olivier Hillaire and how long this wine will keep. It is probably the best $12 CdR I've ever had. I have a case and would like to get more if it will be like this for another year or so. As for Olivier Hillaire I had never heard of him before this year and now Binny's carries this as well as two CdPs from 2005. I'd like to add some of those to my cellar thinking that if he can make CdR this well he's probably great with CdP also. As usual take my numerical rating with a big grain of salt. I've been at this wine thing seriously for a year and a half, but I still don't really know what a numerical score means.
