My Valentine wine, and it's so good to see a deep red color. Aromatically a classic style Burgundy, with predominant cherry, larvender, blackberry, soft cream, and slightly bit of menthol. Very satisfying in both depth and seductiveness. The body is fresh with acidity and still tightly wound today. Medium body but semi-sweet with berries flavors leading to cocoa powder taste and some dry tannin. This suggests that it could use 3 more years of aging before tannin melt down. Nevetheless, an elegant wine today. Best from 2010 to 2015. 92 points.
