The fourth in a series of wines made by Dievole using 50% of his own Tuscan sang grapes and 50% of a different varietal somewhere in the world. The quartus is made with 50% touriga from Portugal.
wonderful red berry with cedar and tarragon
full round mouthful of red raspberry, velvety tannins, hints of orange and cloves, with a 50-60 second finish.
Changing every few minutes, with some leathery nose coming forward as time went on.
