375ml bottle which we bought back in 2000 in Rothenberg ob der Tauber during a side trip from our Oktoberfest vacation to Munich. The Scheurebe grapes were sourced from the Rheinhessen. This wine was on the decline. It still had sweetness to it with papaya and pickly pear notes. However, the acidity was rather low and it had a bit of tart earthiness on the finish which did not appeal to me much. 84 points.
